ETCH partnered with the UCLA Department of Neuroscience to create an advancement campaign that highlighted the powerful connection between donor generosity and life-changing medical innovation. The work included a narrative-driven publication, social media graphics, and event branding for a fundraising gala—each piece designed to celebrate discovery, technology, and patient impact within a cohesive visual system.

We interviewed donors, researchers, and physicians to uncover real stories that linked philanthropy to progress in care and research. Inspired by brain imaging and neural pathways, we developed a design language featuring cross sections of MRI scans and a fold-out infographic that visualized the journey from funding to patient outcomes. The campaign deepened donor engagement, attracted new supporters, and positioned UCLA Neuroscience as a leader in discovery and compassionate care.
